President Bob Matson KA4VIV called the meeting to order at 0920, and members recited the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
Visitors from John’s County, Dough Carter, N4FPS and Theresa Carter, KJ4WYJ were introduced to those present. Mike Lee, WB6RTH and Tim Horvath, WA3QCV gave a report on Repeaters. There will be a few repeater relocations, and these will be announced when completed. Proposed changes include the 145.075 system being moved to the Ormond Beach Aliki Towers roof, and the 147.300 system to the Palm Coast watertower. The call sign assigned to both will be KF4EMV. A map of each repeater location will be available on the club website.
The current W4FPC 146.715 repeater will remain atop the hospital on Hwy 100, near I-95 and exit 284.
Sally Horvath KI4ZPP, gave a treasurer report for April 9, 2011, Dave Garrett KATXY made a motion to accept the reports, Normand Riquier WIGNS seconded the motion, and the motion was carried.
Charles De Paollo WB2CIC, made a motion to accept the minutes of March 12, 2011, posted on the Web, John Wojka W8JIW seconded the motion.
Field Day, on 25th and 26th, 2011 at the EOC. John Wojka, W8JIW and Joseph Guarneri, WB2QAV are planners. Make your plans to assist if possible.
